The Knights of Columbus Council 4584 are having an ALL YOU CARE TO EAT SPAGHETTI DINNER Monday Nov 6th at the Columbian Hall (formerly the Knights of Columbus Hall) Dinner includes Spaghetti, Salad, Garlic Toast and a Drink and runs from 5 to 7 pm. This is an annual fundraiser for the CHILDREN'S CHRISTMAS PARTY and the cost is a FREE WILL OFFERING. (P.S. If you can't make it to the dinner and woud like to donate, send check to POB 296 Sierra Vista, AZ 85636 and note "Christmas Party" on the memo line.)

I hope you will join me on:
Sunday morning 26 November to reset the Hall for Bingo because the Council is paid to do this work and the money earned goes to support our Seminarians;
26 November Sunday in the evening to work or play Bingo. Having a Hall allows the council to support our community and Bingo is what keeps the hall doors open. The traffic and activity at the hall contributes to the safety and health of our neighborhood.

I received the following message in an e-mail from our Worthy Financial Secretary and found it to be a very fitting and good message, so I am sharing it with all of you this month.

Meetings held at Columbian Hall

June 24 was a busy day for our Knights of Columbus. Our fellow Kights received a lot of help from the Scouts and American Heritage Girls and their Knights and Ladies leaders at our Adopt-a-Highway Project. Our Chaplain Father Greg Adolf and District Master Bryant Sayers worked hard in the hot sun cleaning up our Parish neighborhood. Two Brother Knights participated in the handrailings re-paint project at the Our Lady of the Sierras Shrine. Click the read more button to view a few photos. Read more...

Just for fun I broke down our Council membership by age groups:
