We are, once again, contracting with the City to operate Der Bier Garten and staff the gates at the annual Sierra Vista Oktoberfest on Friday and Saturday September 14 & 15, 2018. Full staffing requires between 18 and 24 people depending on the shift. This year we are asking you to simply sign up for a shift instead of both a shift and a location. Please folllow this link and take a look at the volunteer signup sheet.

The Order's new Online Membership initiative is live throughout the United States and Canada!

Now you can invite eligible Catholic men to take their first step toward committed, lifelong and council-based membership in the Order by signing up online. And, any member who recruits 5 members between now and Sept. 30 will receive a $50 gift card for KnightsGear, along with free shipping!

Men don't join the Knights of Columbus for the title, they join because they want to support their Church, community and their fellow Catholic men. To be worthy of the title 5 or 6 of the following statements should apply to you. If you don't measure up consider becoming more active.

GoldenPlungerAwardSometimes a member has to go above (or below) and beyond the call of dooty and take personal initiative to slove a problem. At a recent Bingo session things got a little plugged up and Brother Dennis Macklin jumped right in (well not literally) and ensured that certain facilities were functioning. At our June business meeting we awarded him a token of our appreciation. We extend our thanks to all those members who see things that need to be done and just do them. Click here to see a larger version of the photo.
